I had four informational interviews, all of which had a positive and energetic environment. The staff members interviewing me lead engaging conversations, and the team paid for the meals. Being interviewed with coffee or lunch made the environment less stressful and it encouraged a wider range of dialogue. The interview was a healthy balance of getting-to-know-you and getting-to-know-your-skills.
