Interview
Riveron has a very informal interview process. The first interview was a face to face “coffee” with the Recruiter. I liked that the screening was face to face vs over the phone. Next, there were two phone interviews with off-site Managing Directors and a one all-day interview with three other employees in the local office (two Managing Directors and one Associate). The in-person interview consisted of a lunch and then two interviews in the office. All of the interviews were informal and conversationional. They will ask you about your background, skill set and why you are looking for a new role. Overall, it was a wonderful interview process. The team will be looking to make sure that you a good culture fit and that you have the skills and qualifications to excel at the job.

Interview
The interviewer leans in slightly and says, “Can you tell me about a time you had to deal with a complex, ambiguous project?” Instead of speaking broadly, you anchor your answer in a specific example. You briefly set the context, explain the challenge you were responsible for, then walk them through the decisions you made and why. As you speak, the interviewer occasionally interrupts with focused follow-ups like, “What was your specific role in that?” or “What would have happened if you didn’t take that approach?” or “What was the measurable outcome?” Each question is designed to push you deeper into your thinking and validate that the impact was real.
Excellent!! Very nice staff, great coordination. Speedy process. Intelligent people. Welcoming energy. Up and coming company. Plenty of hires up for hire when looking at opp and positions across the company and many state options.
HR scheduled an interview and then cancelled the interview 20 minutes before scheduled start time. Multiple texts and emails on a reschedule were left unanswered. Seems unprofessional tbh and left a disappointing feeling and being ghosted without an explanation.
