Very good organization by the recruiting / HR team. Had one point of contact with open and transparent communication. They had me talk to quite a few people (in total maybe 8). The conversations were not rigorous technical tests nor cheesy traditional behavorial questions. The people I spoke with, which spanned all levels, wanted to have a conversation about my background and what I was hoping to get out of a job change. Then there was also a LOT of opportunity for me to ask questions about their experiences, where they see growth, etc.
