First screening with internal recruiter. Then I met with the Assistant Controller and Controller for lunch. Yes I said LUNCH, very uncommon but I loved it. The interview was more conversational rather than interrogation. We both got a feel for personalities to make sure it was a right fit. They then invited me to visit their office space and introduced me to the team. All of this was before an offer was extended. Beautiful office space.
