The interview process was very efficient. We started within an introductory call with a member of the recruiting team. From there, I met with two individuals in similar roles to what I was applying for over lunch. The final step was an in-office interview with several Senior Managers and Directors.

The process began with a phone interview with the recruiter where we discussed the role and what I was looking for in my next position. Next, I had a breakfast meeting with a few members of the team. I was then brought in for an in-office interview with the Managing Director of the group and met a few more employees in the office. Lastly, I had a call with the Executive Managing Director of the region before the offer was delivered via phone.
