Talked with talent acquisition by phone and in round one with a stakeholder familiar with the role via Teams. Heard back within a few days about the status of my application.

Initial interview with in-house Recruiter. Skills assessment was then provided while Recruiter scheduled additional phone interviews. Assessment was not difficult. Recruiter wasted four weeks kicking the can down the road promising additional phone interviews. Position was "put on hold" and Recruiter encouraged me to wait four months for additional opportunities to materialize. The entire process was a fishing exercise meant to justify Recruiter's employment when the firm was not hiring.
