Riveron Senior Associate interview questions

Riveron’s approach to interviewing is both unique and refreshing. It’s a thorough process involving multiple interviews beginning with coffee or lunch and including both face-to-face interviews at Riveron’s office and phone interviews. I interviewed 6 times in total, and while it amounted to more interviews than any other firm with which I was interviewing, it was all very thorough and helped me understand how the firm would be from a fit/culture standpoint as well as a professional standpoint. The interviews, from peer Senior Associates up through the Executive Managing Directors were all very conversational rather than interrogative. They allowed me to demonstrate my skills but retained a casual back-and-forth feel to them. They really want to get to know you as a person beyond just your skill set.

Pretty informal. They tend to hire ex-big4 - so the expectation is that you are smart and capable. They want to make sure you can contribute to clients right away and fit into the outgoing culture of Riveron.
