Interview process consisted of an in person panel interview at the hospital. There were about 5 managers in the panel. At the end of the interview they decided if they wanted you to shadow and then you would be paired up with a nurse on that unit that you were interviewing for.

Contacted by the recruiter in mid-July, attended a "meet & greet" at the end of July. Upon arrival there was well over 100 new grads there. Each one of us was told to pick 2 departments to choose from ( out of Med-surg, Telemetry, ICU and Float) then after waiting for over an hour in a line, we were told to pick 1 department. It felt very impersonal, and was very disorganized. Myself, along with a few other classmates, never heard back regarding our status or decision.
