Had initial interview with Talent Acquisition Specialist. Went fine, mostly personal and informational. Getting to know each other. Was invited for a virtual interview with an Account Executive, Director of Specialized Services, and Head of Business Development. Time and day comes, all three people do not show up for the interview. I wait 5 minutes and contact the recruiter, no answer. Wait 20 minutes, no answer and respectfully email the recruiter that if they are interested in moving forward to please reach out. No one from company has yet to contact me with an apology, or even a “Hey we went in another direction.” Very unprofessional. Especially considering I’m a very qualified candidate for this position with 7 years of previous experience. Regardless, no one should be treated this way.
