I was e-mailed by the director almost immediately for an in person interview with a panel in the next couple of days. Had the in person panel interview with the Director, Sales Specialist and the Marketing Coordinator. They took turns asking about 10,000 questions. Some behavioral, but overall a very negative tone about the position and the organization as a whole. After answering, I finally asked if there is a reason the director would ask me to describe the very worst job I've ever worked for where priorities were always changing.
