Rivian General Manufacturing Associate interview questions

It was a group zoom call with about 12 applicants and 2-3 members of their management team. We went around the "circle" introducing ourselves with one thing in your background that makes you who you are. They asked questions gauging our personalities and tendencies when in challenging environments. Stick to how you perform in group settings and be sure to address a key area you're aware you need to work on, and your plan to address that concern. It'll help them get to know you quickly, and become comfortable with your presence. Strange wording, accurate insight.
