I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Robert Half
Interview
You talk on the phone to them, and if they are interested you will go for an in person interview. This interview took an extreme amount of time because I was shadowing what others were doing. It is nice to get a glimpse, but I sat with someone for about 40 minutes....I feel like I should have been paid for that time, that is getting into training almost.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (Nashville, TN)
Interview
6-7 rounds of interviews for technical recruiter role that lasted 6 weeks. They ended up choosing a candidate that was "recommended" after 6 weeks of interviewing. Great people but interview process is very long and drawn out.

They asked about my experiences and how I was a prime candidate for the role and were urgently looking to fill the position, but the interview process went on for weeks. Great group overall. Interview process just seems excessive for a technical recruiter role.
Great interview process, very relaxed, great personalities, both of my interviews so far have been via video, they have been open and up front regarding the process, I'm not done with the interview process but so far I'm excited about what I've heard.
