I initially talked on the phone with a RH recruiter after they reviewed my resume--very general and open-ended questions about my resume. A few weeks later I went into the RH office for the next round of interviews. I arrived prepared for a very formal interview, not really knowing what to expect because the recruiters were so vague about the position I was interviewing for. The first part of the interview was a 30 min timed writing portion, the questions described different scenarios that tested general competency (See below). The next part of the interview comprised of sitting at a table in front of two men. They told me about the history of the company, what they do, and asked me about my personal hobbies, my skills and experience, and asked more riddle-type questions. I didn't get a strong gauge of the position I was interviewing for because they somewhat deflected my questions about the specific company, which made it seem like they were sizing me for any position, or maybe lining me up for one they didn't yet have.
