They take the time to ask you what you are interested in so that they can match you with the best possible position. The employees seem to really care about placing you in a good place. They also seem to treat the employers good as well so they try to keep things smooth. I have never had a rude moment with anyone from the team and i've been with them for a few years and across a few different cities.
