I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Robert Half (Minneapolis, MN) in Oct 2015
Interview
I was asked questions about my job skills, and past employers to be filled out on an online application. Also, what was my job experiences I had in the past, plus any special training such as was I in a team environment, computer software I knew or any machines that I knew how to use. I was given a data entry timed test for alpha and numerical typing. We discussed what types of jobs I felt I would be qualified for and if I would like a short term assignment or a long term assignment.

Question 1
They asked me what I did on my past jobs and what types of skills that I knew.
The one specific question they wanted to know was about my skills, using a computer, telephone, did I know basic Word for Windows, any Excel, or any specific software.
Very friendly, detailed and straightforward. Ask questions and gave information on the job to make a very informative decision. There was no pressure and everything was layer out as far the position was concerned, no surprises.

Question 1
What in particular was I looking for in the position
Video call from home to detail skill sets and link up with clients. After going over skills was presented with jobs offers and had phone interview with client then in person interview.
The interview was very easy. The process was very laidback. Since they’re a staffing agency they just want to know your experience in order to find the best fit for you.
