I sat down with a talent recruiter and discussed and filled out paperwork regarding my skill set, my job history and my expectations of what I would want to work. This was done in March 2015 so I am unsure of what it is currently like since they have gone electronic.
It was alright but I would definitely advice you to be prepared with notes and ready to ask questions once the interview ends. Everyone was very kind and considerate during the interview and they gave me enough time to ask questions at the end
Standard STAR method questions like "Tell me about a time you faced conflict in the workplace" and "Tell me about a time you went above and beyond." The interviewer was nice and the interview lasted around thirty minutes.
Standard interview with expected questions. Professional recruiters that followed through with what they said. Received the job offer and was hired on by the company and stayed until the pandemic.
