Interview
They were trying to squeeze out of me as much private information as possible, including my tax return declaration, trying to push me to contract work with same rate that I have on my current permanent work, at so on. If it is not a complete scam, it as close to scam as possible. So I definitely do not recommend them.

Interview
I got a cold call from one of their recruiters for a job with a raiting company(stocks). They had recently placed a person there who already got let go. I was told the interview would be a one 30 minute interview with the CTO. I was told they needed someone who was full stack but really it was for someone working on ETL database stuff. The interview was odd, i got asked one coding question and the rest of the time I felt like I was talked down to because I came from the banking industry. I was a little insulted as I have been in the IT industry for over 16 years. Then of course I can't get any response from the recruiter at Robert half. This is just another staffing agency who talks like they are your best friend and then ghost you.
Felt like a fake mock interview where nothing technical was really asked. Kind of a phishing attempt to jerk me around for many weeks without any results. Not sure if they really were truthful but it was a complete waste of time with sugar coated deception.

Literally no questions on the skill set. Just shooting the breeze as if wiling away the precious 30 minutes of an unemployed hopeful. Cruel and sadistic.
