Interview
It was a skype interview with one of the hiring team members. It was very casual and comfortable and quick! She just asked me about my work experience and why I would be a good administrative assistant to companies they were looking to place me with. She also asked what type of work I would be interested in, and about my education. It was a very easy interview.
It was alright but I would definitely advice you to be prepared with notes and ready to ask questions once the interview ends. Everyone was very kind and considerate during the interview and they gave me enough time to ask questions at the end
Standard STAR method questions like "Tell me about a time you faced conflict in the workplace" and "Tell me about a time you went above and beyond." The interviewer was nice and the interview lasted around thirty minutes.
Standard interview with expected questions. Professional recruiters that followed through with what they said. Received the job offer and was hired on by the company and stayed until the pandemic.
