I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (Las Vegas, NV) in Feb 2017
Interview
A lot of recruters at this company have been contacting me non stop for a few months, trying to get me to come in to speak with them. I was not interested at the time. After a while, I was contacted again and figured I'd give them a shot since they were so desperate to meet with me.
I was brought in to their office at Howard Hughes location. I met with the Division Director, another Account Executive, and the branch manager. After the interview they had me shadow the account executive for about half an hour. I was there interviewing for a total of 2 hours. I sent a thank you email the next day. It has been over 2 weeks now and I still have not heard back. Not a very positive experience considering they did not reach out to inform me the position is filled after investing so much of my time interviewing. At least have the common decency to inform interviewers if the position has been filled. Especially when YOU pursued ME.
Long but good conversations and engaging. You spoke with about 5 people from different teams. Felt a bit repetitive considering they asked the same questions. Asked about background, motivations, long term career, etc.
Multiple interview process, allows for shadowing on calls during process, fair representation of the day to day work, level set expectations. I met with VP level employees during interview process
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Robert Half (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2020
Interview
1) Phone Screen with Director
