I applied online. I interviewed at Robert Half (Houston, TX) in May 2017
Interview
I applied for a position through Indeed.com and received an email right away from a Houston recruiter. I then scheduled a Skype meeting with her on May 2nd. She did not show up. She sent an email of apology right away and we rescheduled our meeting for May 5th. She did not show up. Yes, you read that right, she stood me up for a second time. The original position I had applied for that sounded perfect for me and was only 7 miles from my house, is probably not even available anymore. So thank you Houston recruiter, for nothing. I also sent an email to the main office a week ago and I have heard nothing back. I don't think the recruiters in Houston are interested in helping anyone.

Interview
Super easy interview process. I just had one interview over zoom with a VP and then they placed me. You might have multiple contacts but just cc them all on communication to get things done.
Multiple online interviews to determine if you can do the job. You speak to a recruiter first, then team members you will be working with or under. The interviews aren't difficult and are conducted either on the phone or on Zoom/Teams calls.

Question 1
A time you worked together with a team to accomplish a common goal.
The interview was smooth because the job title and duties were not new. I love the setting and self confidence interviews always give me. I will advise applicants to be self confident.
