I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Robert Half (Lake Mary, FL) in Aug 2017
Interview
The interview process was fairly easy. The internal recruits contacted me via indeed.com, then I reached out to her because I was not sure what the job was. She explained and I agreed to an interview. I interviewed with someone who was above her. The interview was really casual, I was in a suit and my interviewer in a button down and jeans. The whole time we talked, it seems like they were money hungry and kept pushing sales. It wasn't for me so I didn't take the job.
the process consisted of three rounds of interviews. initially met with the recruiter, then team manager, followed by an interview with the district manager before getting an offer. all of the were virtual, but this was also during covid

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (San Jose, CA)
Interview
There was a phone screening with the Office Manager and Director. Once I passed the screening, I had to complete an in person interview with the Office Manager and the Director. Afterwards, I met the team and received an offer the same day.
Multiple in person interviews, met up for dinner with the entire team as the last portion. Very conversational, compared to hard hitting questions. Friendly team and easy to get along with.
