Interview
It was a waste of time. The manager who called me in was always busy and had her co workers meet me instead, in the first and second interviews. They literally said the pay was under market.
Interview was in person after phone screening. This program is good for new grads trying to get experience in their field of study. Interview was pretty straightforward-- more like a conversation to see if you could work the hours of the client company.

Interview
Easy, they are desperate to hire anyone and not give you any training. They’ll go over your experience but not really care, they’ll hire anyone and throw them to a client
The interview process was virtual (due to COVID) and very quick. The interview process consists of two interviews then they turn in a proposal for your pay. I met with one team member then the 2nd interview I met with the entire team.
