Phone screening followed by skype interview: just talking them about yourself, experience, education so on. The interviewer is also pretty nice. After that, I was required to submit some onboarding forms(Intake form, WOTC, registration etc)which took a lot of time getting references, info and such. After submitting, complete silence/no updates from them which is very unprofessional after taking so much time filling those unnecessary forms. Had to follow-up the recruiter and she said "the client doesn't need an employee anymore". Why make someone go through all those if they are not sure about it? Now, I got an offer with a better position, better pay, better company than them. Never ever applying to RHT again.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Robert Half (Philadelphia, PA) in Oct 2025
Interview
I got a LinkedIn message from a recruiter which now I know wasn’t a real recruiter we setup a time. She asked me about my background, my work and residence status ahead of time explain the role which sounded great she asked for my resume. I sent it then she completely ghosted me.
It was 3 phone calls getting information from me about who I was what I was looking for etc. After that they sent me a test gorilla to take. I did not appreciate that apart of that test they use your webcam to watch you.

Question 1
I didn't have any real questions for me. The only questions I answered before the test was about my background and salary expectations.
