Interview
Interview process was fairly quick and painless. They didn't ask me fluffy questions about ambitions in life. They were straight to the point. I met with a few teammembers and got to shadow them for a couple of hours.

Long but good conversations and engaging. You spoke with about 5 people from different teams. Felt a bit repetitive considering they asked the same questions. Asked about background, motivations, long term career, etc.
Multiple interview process, allows for shadowing on calls during process, fair representation of the day to day work, level set expectations. I met with VP level employees during interview process
