Interview
I was contacted by Robert half based on my experience for a few jobs that I matched up with through their Account temps job postings. Immediately, I met up with the recruiter to see exactly what jobs I was interested in. The interview actually became more directed to applying for some openings within Robert half for their Account temps team. I eventually interviewed with 5 different managers and visited the office 5 times. Never in my life have I ever been pulled through the mud to this extreme and interrogated like this. Thankfully I am good in interviews but this is surreal. It felt like I was applying for the CEO position. Makes me think, if they are doing all this work for a job they need, what happens if you need something to get done internally. Like for promotions or transfers. Holy crap it might take a year for that to happen. So I'm taking the time to truly see if I want to work for this company. I have yet to receive a straight response about salary. Is it all commission or is their a base salary? Definitely weighing to pros and cons.

Interview
There was a phone screening with the Office Manager and Director. Once I passed the screening, I had to complete an in person interview with the Office Manager and the Director. Afterwards, I met the team and received an offer the same day.
Multiple in person interviews, met up for dinner with the entire team as the last portion. Very conversational, compared to hard hitting questions. Friendly team and easy to get along with.
