Had a phone interview and it went well, proceeded with in-person interview. The interview went very well and they noted that they would like to move forward. Once they learned I was also interviewing with other companies, they became quite hostile and offended. They put the interview process on hold until I was fully committed to them. NOTE TO COLLEGE GRADS - If this happens to you, don't decline other oppertunities for this. If I was fresh out of college, I may have felt pressured to cancel the other interviews to take on this job. It was a huge red flag for me and the reason I declined moving forward with the process. A company that doesn't want you seeking other opportunities to ensure you are making the right choice is a terrible work environment.
