Great process for signing up with this agency. They did a remote interview via video conference which made it very doable. Some agencies want to spend time talking with you extensively without having a relevant job opportunity available. It is usually a waste of your job search time. But this was different. It was a balance of getting enough information from the candidate without a heavy time investment.
