I was working with Adam Schryver who ghosted me for 2 months and then told me his mom died. First, that's not something you share with a potential candidate. Second, how is it that no one else couldn't take up his workload? He didn't even put up an out of office reply that he would be unavailable. All of this lead to believe it was total bull and he's seriously unprofessional. He had the nerve to call me 2 years later to see if I was looking for a job. If you get this guy assigned to your job search, RUN. Others aren't nearly as bad as this guy. Somehow he's a regional supervisor. Hard to believe.
