Interview
They put a lot of pressure on you to accept the offer. They promise you the world. They don't tell you that you're walking into a complete disaster. People are nice in the interview, but when you start, you are treated like a slave. Your coworkers are incredibly judgmental, competitive, and in it for themselves.
