Question 1
how my previous experience aligned with the role i was applying to
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Robert Half in Jan 2020
Interview
I had a phone interview 7/19.... so months later 1/20, I received a phone call to talk about an open position at the office. I was ecstatic and humbled they remembered me! Positions in-office for this Robert Half location are hard to come by.
I then interviewed in-person with two higher-ups. Extremely personable and. definitely highlighted my strengths to the position. I left feeling confident!
I was asked if I was interested in coming back for a second interview and after shadow day, called the “bull pen”. I said yes!
Then, a second interview happened. Same two higher-ups, this time was to talk about how the office works and an overall benefits and all the nitty gritty- the good and the bad. Things they were working on and current goals. Then, I entered the “bull pen”. Great people and environment... Again, I left feeling confident!
The very next day, I was called with an offer. Absolutely worth every second!
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (San Jose, CA)
Interview
There was a phone screening with the Office Manager and Director. Once I passed the screening, I had to complete an in person interview with the Office Manager and the Director. Afterwards, I met the team and received an offer the same day.
Multiple in person interviews, met up for dinner with the entire team as the last portion. Very conversational, compared to hard hitting questions. Friendly team and easy to get along with.
