Straight forward questions, asked about previous experiences, what a day at work looked like, what you know about Robert Half, how you feel about sales, etc.
Basically you go in to meet with a Recruiter, then with different leads in various LOBs, also quick meet and greet branch manager
the process consisted of three rounds of interviews. initially met with the recruiter, then team manager, followed by an interview with the district manager before getting an offer. all of the were virtual, but this was also during covid

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (San Jose, CA)
Interview
There was a phone screening with the Office Manager and Director. Once I passed the screening, I had to complete an in person interview with the Office Manager and the Director. Afterwards, I met the team and received an offer the same day.
Multiple in person interviews, met up for dinner with the entire team as the last portion. Very conversational, compared to hard hitting questions. Friendly team and easy to get along with.
