I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Robert Half in Apr 2014
Interview
1) I submitting my application through my school job board 2) Had to go through a pre-screening phone interview3) Went in for an interview, it was straight forward - had to know my experiences really well and why I studied what I did. I finally went in and saw how the company functions. I had another opportunity come up before RH made any decisions.
The management was friendly and professional in their presentation of the company and accommodating my situation (i.e., other job offers).

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Robert Half (Phoenix, AZ) in Mar 2017
Interview
This was one of the best interviews I've experienced. I felt as though I was given the opportunity to learn about the company, manager, and position as much as they were about me. It was very conversational, not just the interviewer asking me questions and me answering.
