My interviewer's name is Tom. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease by making eye contact and paying attention to what I was saying, rather than staring at a clip-board thinking about his next question. He seemed to be understanding about my situation and my needs and the fact that I was am re-entering the work force after eight years. The only problem is that it went so well, I was convinced I would be getting a call. However, as of yet, I have not.
Standard STAR method questions like "Tell me about a time you faced conflict in the workplace" and "Tell me about a time you went above and beyond." The interviewer was nice and the interview lasted around thirty minutes.
Standard interview with expected questions. Professional recruiters that followed through with what they said. Received the job offer and was hired on by the company and stayed until the pandemic.

L’agent pose des questions sur le CV et ensuite des questions précises par rapport à l’offre.. ce sont des questions ouvertes. Chaque point mentionné dans le CV est analysé et détaillé lors de l’entretien. À la fin l’agent donne son avis si oui ou non, le candidat répond aux critères du client.
