I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Robert Half (Tucson, AZ) in Apr 2015
Interview
I got a phone call that they had found my resume and were interested in speaking to me in person. I asked if they had jobs available that suited my skills and was told they had several and even some positions at RH. I went for the interview the following week and I filled out some paperwork then spoke to the woman who initially called me. She asked me some very general background/experience questions and asked my salary requirement. When I told her that, she did not seem very happy and told me that the job that they had within RH did not pay that much but was a growing job. She then tells me that she wants me to meet her boss and she is going to go get her (also giving off the impression she would also be back.) The woman leaves and in comes another woman. Asks me again really basic questions then again asks my salary requirements and I tell her. She finishes up quickly and we shake hands, and then she says "NAME says you can go now and will be in touch if anything is a fit." Then leaves, that was it.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Robert Half (Minneapolis, MN) in Jun 2015
Interview
The interviewer had me waiting over a half hour from the appointment time. Th questions were short and did not address my skills and background. Didn't learn much about the position or company since the interviewer was closed off.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Robert Half
Interview
I met with three different people on the first day, then met with another individual on another day. The person on the second day was 30 minutes late, which was frustrating. This person was also quite unprofessional and had seemed to have never even reviewed my resume prior to meeting. I was a waste of time for the most part.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
All questions were about my previous work experience. The most difficult questions related to my goals and future career aspirations, primarily because I am uncertain!
