Very Friendly they asked a lot of questions to help me find an appropriate position. I got to meet lots of different areas of the company. Found me a great accounting position.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Robert Half (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2015
Interview
The interview was relaxed yet focused, they kept questions to a minimum and asked only what was relevant, and I had my chance to field my own questions, all of which were answered. The great view from the office didn't hurt either. Overall, it was a lot more friendly than most interviews I've had.
I applied online. I interviewed at Robert Half (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2019
Interview
Friendly, respectful, casual. A conversation that drew more out of my resume than I thought I had. They really want you to succeed, and it shows, I would recommend them to anyone. I wish I'd come here sooner!
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Robert Half
Interview
The interview process was insanely easy. It was simply a 15 min phone call asking very basic, generic questions. You had to send in a resume. They reviewed it, then called with follow up questions so there were more details about my experiences to tell the client about. Although, when placing you in a job they don't seem to remember anything that you discussed in the initial phone call. It also doesn't seem to matter if you have a lot of experience.
