Interview
The phone interview was brief, and was just to confirm for a face to face. One interviewer was at the corporate level. This man was very positive, energetic, and excited about the company. The other interviewer worked regionally, seemed exhausted, and admitted the job was incredibly difficult. She admitted there was almost an unhealthy amount of competition between the groups, told me I was probably overqualified, let me know it took her almost a year to even start feeling like she was comfortable in the role, and said had been there over 10 years and still wasn't happy with her job.

Interview
6-7 rounds of interviews for technical recruiter role that lasted 6 weeks. They ended up choosing a candidate that was "recommended" after 6 weeks of interviewing. Great people but interview process is very long and drawn out.

They asked about my experiences and how I was a prime candidate for the role and were urgently looking to fill the position, but the interview process went on for weeks. Great group overall. Interview process just seems excessive for a technical recruiter role.
Great interview process, very relaxed, great personalities, both of my interviews so far have been via video, they have been open and up front regarding the process, I'm not done with the interview process but so far I'm excited about what I've heard.
Fairly straightforward and conversational. A bit too many steps for not getting the job, but I think they were trying to figure out their process during the pandemic. Overall, not a negative experience.
