Multiple round interviews, you interview with teammates, branch manager & district manager. Interview is pretty simple 30 min interview via teams. Onboarding is a huge deal as well be prepared for a lot of meetings etc.

Interview
Very short and unorganized. Did not feel very welcoming and was one of those experiences I couldâve been without. Got the feeling that this is mostly sales and not recruiting at all which was disappointing.
It was a 3-step interview process and was pretty quick within 2-3 days. First, I met with the hiring manager, then the Regional Manager and Director. An offer was made shortly after the last interview.
