I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Robert Half (Washington, DC) in Aug 2011
Interview
It was a several step interview in which you met with managers, branch managers and the regional manager. There were about 3 rounds and they would go over the job and your relative experience asking you questions to determine if the job is something you'd be fit to do and if you would enjoy and excel at it.
the process consisted of three rounds of interviews. initially met with the recruiter, then team manager, followed by an interview with the district manager before getting an offer. all of the were virtual, but this was also during covid

Question 1
how my previous experience aligned with the role i was applying to
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (San Jose, CA)
Interview
There was a phone screening with the Office Manager and Director. Once I passed the screening, I had to complete an in person interview with the Office Manager and the Director. Afterwards, I met the team and received an offer the same day.
Multiple in person interviews, met up for dinner with the entire team as the last portion. Very conversational, compared to hard hitting questions. Friendly team and easy to get along with.
