DO NOT WORK HERE There were multiple executive assistant positions open. I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter for a phone screening. It went well and she asked that I do a writing assessment since it was the next step in the process. After submission of the assignment, I was informed that "after careful consideration, we've decided to move forward with other candidates at this time." She didn't even bother to see if other opportunities would be a fit as there were multiple positions open. I'm a seasoned executive assistant with years of experience, it is good practice to consider them for the other open roles. There was no response in the email I sent out. I speaks volumes as to the company and how they treat employees if this is how dismissive they are of the candidates. Everyone is struggling given the current economy and to be so arrogant shows the lack of respect they have for ones time.
