I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Roblox (California City, CA) in Nov 2022
Interview
Unfortunately, Roblox turned out to be a fraud because the moment they received my “assessment test”, the TA POC ghosted me and I haven’t heard back from them despite multiple reminders. This is a warning to all applicants that Roblox takes your test results and then reaches out to the candidates you’ve found - absolutely free! This is gross abuse and Roblox needs to be called out!!!!
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Roblox in Dec 2021
Interview
I first had a Prescreen with a sourcer, then the has an initial screen with the hiring manager. Didn’t move past that stage so no idea what comes next in process.

Question 1
I don’t think I was asked many questions. I listened to the hiring manager talk about himself and how great he was. I listened. Was told I’d get a call back. Never did. End of story. I feel like I probably dodged a bullet.
The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Roblox (San Rafael, CA)
Interview
Had a two person panel. One interviewer was super distracted during our time together. So much so that she asked the same question the other interviewer had just asked me. I was being recruited, too!

They asked me, “what questions do you have for us” multiple times. They didn’t seem prepared at all.
