I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Roblox (San Mateo, CA) in Jan 2024
Interview
Online assessment was really easy. Actually just a video game. Behavioral interview normal. Was very short only like 20 minutes. I messed up the final question which sucks. But that is pretty much it
OA of different tasks, essay from the OA, basic situational questions. After that you get a superday. In that theres, 1 behavioral, 1 product strategy, 1 product case. Turnaround time was 2-3 weeks total.
I applied online. I interviewed at Roblox (New York, NY) in Nov 2025
Interview
It was communicated clearly what they expected the first round of the interview to be. It was a recruiter screening with 3-4 behavioral questions, lasting about 15 minutes. Then a product sense interview was scheduled right away, lasting 45 minutes, in which you were asked about a specific Roblox product feature and how you would improve or design it. The product sense question was very long and specific.

Question 1
Why do you want to work at Roblox?
How would you improve this feature, which is part of this larger feature in Roblox?
3 back to back interviews. Pretty straightforward. Not really that hard. Studied using Cracking the PM Interview book, was good enough. The OA was kinda weird like playing a game.
