They were urgently hiring in Aventura,FL so they wanted to interview as soon as possible. Met with the Southeast sales director and the Area manager. They were nice but a bit unprepared, Had to interview right next to the rest of the Aventura team which was awkward.

Everything went smoothly, with relaxed, conversational questions. The Human Resources team was kind, welcoming and supportive throughout the process, making the experience feel comfortable and genuinely human. Still waiting a reply from them
Too long and goes into detailed , two tests required to pass to get the job… test your knowledge in interior design and autocad and styling knowledge… interview was around 3h total, felt it was too long…
