3 in person interviews. 1st interview was with someone who managed both Natick and Boston showroom. Last 2 interviews were with showroom manager / lead designer. After second interview was design challenge which you were given a few days to complete and email.

Typical interview questions for the first interview, one’s you can find online. The second interior was mostly role play with a client to see how I would talk or sell the product. After the second interview there was a design challenge which was a power point design presentation and you were the client. Needed to use Roche furniture tor in your apartment with a mood board. On the 3rd interview they asked me a lot of personal questions as to why I moved to Boston to try to access if I was staying in Boston long term.
