Interview
Got first contacted by a headhunter. Went by his process. He sent my resume to roche. Was called for onsite interview with two senior engineers. After that interview went on to another interview (like one month later) with the engineer manager and the manufacturing manager. Interview was during lunch hour and it was an outside interview. After that one was called like 3 weeks later to another interview with Plant Manager and HR Manager. 3 weeks later received the job offer. From head hunter to job offer it took about 4-5 months period the whole process
First they introduce themselves und u should prepare ur introduction (backround, why this position, etc..) Very friendly and fast feedback, mostly question about ur workstyle and stragedy and ur expirience

Can u tell us about a situation, when sth. did not work out as planned?
Average interview experience performed by foreigner boss. Quite a few questions were asked but I did not answer well. If I have a second chance, I will be less shy and more confident to show case my personalty during the interivew.
phone interview as the first step. difficulty is average and regular interview questions were asked. The interview process went for about half an hour and it was smooth, the interviewer was very nice
