Poor communication from the company , no acknowledgement of the online application. Two phone interview was conducted and the date for face to face interview was to be announced and suddenly the HR informed I don't meet the requirements for the job

NIce and gracious, they were pleasant but formal. Asked many questions and tried a bit to downgrade the job. Interview many cadidates so very competitive. The questions were fair and as can be expected.
