Interview
Zunächst meldet man sich an der Pforte. Anschließend wurde ich von dem Leiter der Abteilung und einer weiteren Mitarbeiterin empfangen. Das Gespräch dauerte ca. eine Stunde und war recht locker und interessant. Hier ging es eher darum ob man ins Team passt und welche fachlichen Kompetenzen man mitbringt. Anchließend traf ich mich mit einer der Damen der Personalabteilung, sie prüfte auf Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise.

Two stages - one with recruiter and one with a three person panel of team members. General questions on experience, situation-based scenarios to assess problem-solving, collaboration, prioritisation, staying afloat of changing regulatory landscapes etc.
Actividad grupal y entrevista personal. Valoran tambien las conversaciones casuales entre medias y en el coffee break. Te explican bien todo el proceso y contestan rapido. Fue todo en ingles y las preguntas fueron de restroinspeccion y loa actividad grupal más técnica.

The first stage was a video interview (no person just talking to the screen) where they give you 30 seconds to prepare an answer followed by 2 minutes to talk. They only asked 3 questions and for some of them it was hard to talk for the full 2 minutes
