It was good and relatively quick process, however during onsite interview the director asked me what is my nationality and what is the origin of my name? She knew its illegal to ask these questions but she still allowed herself to ask, so unprofessional. One other interviewer said to me that she's an A-person SO! thought she can intimidate me. She didn't give me a good answer to my questions. Well, I don't think I want to work with you. It was a company called Kapa Biosystem that was acquired by Roche, so they hire people like them with no diversity. I hope other Roche departments respect the EEO laws.
