Friendly, somewhat disorganized. I had an interview with the hiring manager and another interview with the head of data science. The second interview was in a hurry, 30 minutes or less because of her other agendas. No deep questions were asked about the experience or expertise in either the management or data science parts. Apparently, Roche is planning to enter into digital services and recently hired about 200 people. It seemed to me that, the team hierarchy is not stable yet, people are afraid of their own positions and despite the announcement, they don't really want a senior and experienced director/ VP level candidate but seeking an intermediate level project manager.
