After applying I received an email to say my application had been unsuccessful, before a follow up email to explain that was an error and to gauge interest/availability for interviews There were four Hangout video interview rounds. Rounds 1 and 2 were on the same morning with 2 sets of friendly junior managers and CDSLs. Round 3 with HR followed a few hours later and was pleasant. Later received invite to round 4. 4th interview occurred 1 week later with 3 head of departments and was disappointingly led. Cold managerial demeanors and at certain points irrational cynicism. Interview interrupted twice by one interviewer joining 10 mins late from his house and then later by his family in the background. There was a request for a referee's details to contact after the interview (who never was) and a lot of overlap with questions already asked in rounds 1,2 and 3. Found the repetitive questioning across an excessive 4 rounds/9 interviewers along with the tone and moments of unprofessionalism in the final round off putting. Led to bad gut feeling and serious contemplation about withdrawing from the process after round 4. Received a friendly phone call from HR a few weeks later to inform me of the outcome
