I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Roche
Interview
I went to the career fair at my school where I was introduced to the company. After this followed an on campus screening interview. Then this was followed by an invite to come on campus and interview one last time.
Very smooth process, only a single step, good communication throughout and opportunity for me to ask questions as well. Role play, presentation and then competency based questions. Had to do it in person. They took a while to get back to me.
